How To View and Search Leads
Log in to the Client Chat Live Dashboard (https://app.clientchatlive.com/).
Username is the email address associated with your account.
From the homepage use the left side navigation pane to select the Leads section.

Once the leads page has loaded, click on any of the plain text to expand a lead for review.

Scroll to view the chat thread between the operator and potential client.

To search for a specific lead use keywords in the search bar above the Lead details (i.e. client name, case type.. etc).

CCL Dashboard also give you the ability to sort on the Lead header items. Click on the header item you want to sort. Click once to sort ascending, click twice to sort descending.
