How to Locate the Chat Lead Email List within the Dashboard

Log in to the Client Chat Live Dashboard (https://app.clientchatlive.com/).

Username is the email address associated with your account. 

 

From the homepage use the left side navigation pane to select the Settings section.

Within the Settings section find the Sites segment on the right side. There you will find your sites listed below. 

Click the arrow next to your site name to expand and display the list of emails on file as the Notification Targets listed to receive the chat transcripts for each site.

Sites are defined as the different channels in which a visitor is able to communicate with your firm through chat. If you have live chat, text to chat and Spanish chat, you will receive 3 different sites that expand once you click the arrow.

 

Site Setting Request ticket can be created by clicking one of the sites displayed.

Within the ticket you can modify:

  • Sites(s)* - Select and/or deselect which sites to be included on the site setting request ticket.
  • Add New Notification Email: Add a new email; click the (+) to add the email to the ticket; An additional email line will be automatically inserted below the previously entered email.
  • Select Email Address to Remove - Select a current email from the chat lead email list to have it removed.
  • Priority - Select a Priority level: Low, Medium, High
  • Category - Select a category for this ticket - If you are only Adding/Removing email addresses from the chat distribution list it would be classified as a Notification Target ticket.
  • Other Request - Add notes or anything else you may need

Once all of the Site Settings Request ticket information has been populated click Submit.  Client Chat Live customer support will reach out if additional information is needed to complete the request or when the request has been completed.
