How To Send an Email from the Dashboard

Log in to the Client Chat Live Dashboard (https://app.clientchatlive.com/).

Username is the email address associated with your account. 

 

From the homepage use the left side navigation pane to select the Leads section.

Click on the mail envelope icon

At the bottom of your screen, there will be a prompt to send an email.  Click on email the template you want to use, then a new page will open from your default email client.

In order for this to work, you must have your computer's default setting for your email client set up. (i.e. Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo... etc)
