How To Assign Leads
Log in to the Client Chat Live Dashboard (https://app.clientchatlive.com/).
Username is the email address associated with your account.
From the homepage use the left side navigation pane to select the Leads section.

Within the Leads section click on the dropdown arrow on the leads that have an Unassigned status. Select the user that either picked up the lead or should be assigned to the lead.

User shown in this dropdown must have a register dashboard account.

Once a user is selected the status will update to display the user that is responsible for the lead.
