The Dashboard Overview
Log in to the Client Chat Live Dashboard (https://app.clientchatlive.com/).
Username is the email address associated with your account.
The homepage within your dashboard is also know as the analytics page. From this page you can view summary data regarding chat leads received for a specific site and specific timeframe.

To navigate to another page within the dashboard use the menu on the left side of the site.

- Analytics - this section provides a summary view of lead data
- Leads - in this section you can view lead details and validate leads
- Reports - in this section you can export a detailed csv file or a summary PDF file of chats received
- Contacts - use this section to load new contact details
- Smart Forms - use this section to view all active forms created for your site (if applicable)
- Text Conversations - if this feature is enabled, use this section to start sms conversations with contacts (contact must be listed in the contacts section)
- Settings - admins of the site can manage users, create FB integration tickets, update auto-responder messages and hours.
- Templates - create email templates to be sent from dashboard to potential leads.
- Billing - admins of the site can update billing information and billing contact information from this section
- Service Tickets - create service tickets to be sent to our Client Chat Live customer support team.
- Profile - use the profile section to update your First Name, Last Name, and / or email address
To filter data use the filter options at the top of the screen. Once a filter is set it will apply to all pages as you navigate through the dashboard.

To log out of the dashboard click on your name listed in the upper right of the screen and select Yes, sign out when prompted.

If you have enabled review services with Client Chat Live, you can navigate to the Reviews section of your Dashboard by selecting Reviews in the header section.
