How To Create a New Site Service Ticket

Log in to the Client Chat Live Dashboard (https://app.clientchatlive.com/).

Username is the email address associated with your account.

 

From the homepage use the left side navigation pane to select the Service Tickets section.

Within the Service Tickets section select the New Site option in the upper right. 

During the New Site request process you will go through a series of tabs and populate data so that CCL can properly set up your account. 

  • Website URL - website for company
  • Lead Notifications - once a chat is complete the transcript will be sent to your company.  Enter the email address(es) to send to and /or the phone number(s) to text transcript
  • Billing Contact - a copy of the invoice will be sent to the billing contact listed to review each month
  • Spanish Chat - if your company is able to translate or accept Spanish speaking clients then select yes, otherwise CCL does not translate chat transcripts
  • Google Analytics - enter your Google Analytics Tracking ID (GA Tracking ID)
  • Case Management Software -CCL currently has integration set up with the software's listed on our website.  If you do not see your software we can work with your company on options to integrate. 
  • Response Time - select from the options provided, we can update this text when reviewing the transcript details. 
  • Special Request - we customize your chat box for your company, if there are certain colors or images you want to include use this space to let us know.  
  • Submit - after completing all steps review information entered is correct and select submit.
 


After CCL receives your information, our operations team will begin designing and setting up your new site. 

Your Customer Success Manager from CCL will reach out if any additional information is needed or when the set up is complete and the code is ready for you to install.
