How To Create a Service Ticket

Log in to the Client Chat Live Dashboard (https://app.clientchatlive.com/).

Username is the email address associated with your account.

 

From the homepage use the left side navigation pane to select the Service Tickets section.

Within the Service Tickets section select the create option in the upper right. 

After selecting create a blank New Ticket form will appear, begin populating this form.

New Ticket Form Sections:

  • Subject - enter a brief description to clearly communicate what is being requested
  • Products - select the Client Chat Live (CCL) product that needs attention. If more than one applies select one and enter the others in the description section.
  • Category - select a category or categories that best fit your request.  This will help our support team assign your ticket to the right group.
  • Priority - select low, medium, or high depending on how urgent the request is. 
  • Sites (optional) - if your company has multiple sites with CCL services, select which one(s) the request is for. 
  • Description - provide a detail explanation of what is being requested.
  • Add Attachment (optional) - attach documents / screenshots for additional support
 

Once all of the New Ticket information has been populated click submit. 

After submitting, the ticket will be assigned a ticket number and the new ticket will be displayed at the top of the Service Tickets selection list.   

To see the details of a specific ticket, select that ticket from the service tickets list on the left and the details will display on the right of the screen.

 

Client Chat Live customer support will reach out if additional information is needed to complete the request or when the request has been completed.
