What is the Spanish Chat Feature and How Does it Work?

Our Spanish speaking operators broaden your client reach by giving your potential clients the option of chatting in English or Spanish.

 

An option to allow visitors to switch from English to Spanish with our operators will be available.

The visitor will click ¿HABLA ESPAÑOL? CLICK AQUI --> And one of our operators will begin communicating with them by following the Spanish transcript specific to your site.

Once the chat has ended the chat transcript will be emailed to those listed to receive notifications.  

We do not translate the chat transcripts into English. So, if you want this, you’ll need a way to translate those chats.

Submit a service ticket through the Client Chat Live Dashboard to have this feature turned on.
