What is the Review Feature and How Does it Work
How it works:
- Client Chat Live will schedule up to three review request attempts per contact. An email and/or text will be sent to your contact(s).
- The review request attempts are scheduled within 3-5 business days of each other.
If the contact posts a review on either the first or second attempt, additional review requests will not be sent out to this contact.Email templates sent for each request are customizable. Additional templates can be added if needed.
Emails sent to your contacts can be set up to come from your own email domain, so the request appear to have been sent by you (e.g. Jon@clientchatlive.com).
For multiple office locations, we have an option to select a link for that specific location to send to your contact(s) to leave a review for.
Your team will have access to the Reviews dashboard, which will allow you to see all the review attempts sent/posted, email templates that have been created and have the ability to run reports.
