What is the Reply to Lead Button and How Does it Work?

The Reply to Lead button will be displayed at the bottom of the chat transcript email in blue.

By clicking on the Reply to Lead button a new web browser will open with prompts to submit an email to the lead.

Benefits of this feature

  • Customize your response or use a templated email with your logo 
  • Select email(s) from your firm to CC and receive reply's 
  • Invalidate lead option at end of reply to lead process
