Integrating Lead Docket with Client Chat Live

How it works:
Client Chat Live will work with your firm to set up the Lead Docket Application Programming Interface (API). After a chat session with a visitor has completed, contact information from that chat session will be automatically passed through to your Lead Docket system.
Lead Docket standard contact fields can be passed through integration (e.g. First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number). It can also include the chat transcript.
What we need from you is the Endpoint URL. Once you have the Endpoint URL, send it to your CCL customer support representative know to finalize the integration set up on our end.

Contact your CCL representative to implement the Lead Docket integration by:

Please note that the integration does not check for duplicate contacts. If a duplicate contact (i.e. repeat visitor or current client) starts a chat a new contact record will be created through the integration.
