What is the Reject PNC Button and How Does it Work?
When you receive the chat transcript email, the option for a ‘Reject PNC’ button in red located at the bottom right.

After clicking on the red 'Reject PNC' button, a new browser window will open. In this window, you will be able to view the details of the chat visitor, as well as the status of the chat. The status will confirm that the chat has been successfully rejected.

The action of clicking the ‘Reject PNC’ will immediately invalidate the lead within our system.
It is important to note that clicking the button will not notify the PNC in any way. If you wish to respond to the visitor, please use the blue 'Reply to Lead' button.
