How to Install the Client Chat Live Code
Installing the Chat Code:
Insert the chat code before the closing </body>tag.

Once this code is on your site, your chat will be active. Go to your website to view the active chat.
If you plan to test your chat include a phone number and / or email address in your test chat. Our system will automatically reject any chats that are missing contact information and the transcript will not be sent out.
Our code can be installed on Google Tag Manager, however we have had issues reported with our chat getting blocked by Anti-Virus or Ad Blocker add-ins.
We recommend you install our code directly before the close body tag as a best practice, so you won’t run into this issue.
