How does the Selection Bubble Design Work?

What is our Selection Bubble Design Option? 

The Selection Bubble Design option enables you to engage with website visitors before they start a chat. Visitors are shown a question with multiple options, which can help steer the conversation or quickly determine if a lead is a good fit.

How Does it work?

Above the Chat bubble a pop-up window will display with a question and a list of available responses.

Once the Visitor selects a response, the chat iFrame will open and a new chat session will begin. There are a few options that can happen at this point..

  • A live agent is immediately connected to continue the conversation flow.
  • A follow up question is asked within the chat iFrame.
  • The response the visitor provides from the original question or any follow up questions disqualifies the visitor, and they are presented with a rejection response and never connect to a Live Agent.
    • In this scenario, they are also presented with the option to start a new chat session.

Do I have to use the questions you show above?

No, the questions asked are customizable and can be unique to your business needs.

How many options can I present?

We have no limit on options.  If more options are presented, then what fits in the pop-up window then a scroll bar will appear.

Can more than one option be a disqualifier?

Yes, we can mark any of the options presented to the visitors to result in a disqualification.

Can the disqualifier message be unique to each question?

Yes, the disqualifier message can be customized for each individual question.
