Understanding the Dashboard Analytics

Log in to the Client Chat Live Dashboard (https://app.clientchatlive.com/).

Username is the email address associated with your account.

 

The homepage is also known as the Analytics section, which you can navigate to using the left side reading pane and selecting Analytics.

First, you want to set your filters at the top of the page to show the site(s) and date range you wish to analyze. To learn more about Dashboard Filters go to the Understanding Dashboard Filters article.

 

Leads by Site - sites are all of the active communication methods used to reach new potential clients.  This pie chart shows which form of communication is most commonly being used by potential leads.

 

  • Mobile vs. Desktop lets us know if the leads are communicating with the operators using a mobile device or from a desktop
  • Referral Source lets us know how the lead got to your company's website.
 

The below bar chart shows the total number of leads in blue that came in during the time period specified, compared to the number of leads that were marked as valid.
