Understanding Dashboard Filters

As you navigate through the Dashboard pages, filters that are applicable for each page will appear.

Sites are all of the active communication methods used to reach new potential clients.  Use this filter to view each method independently, if needed.

 

To include inactive sites select the Show Inactive Sites option, then select from the sites dropdown.

Lead Source use this filter to view all leads from a specific source type.

 

Calendar Selection is used to define the timeframe being reviewed.  Use the default options on the left (all time, today, yesterday, last 7 days, last 30 days, this month, last month) or create a custom range.

 

Lead Status shows the lead status for the leads that are being actively managed in the Dashboard .  Mark a lead as resolved once the client has been contacted or do nothing and the lead by default shows open
