Client Chat Live Dashboard Reports

Log in to the Client Chat Live Dashboard (https://app.clientchatlive.com/).

Username is the email address associated with your account.

 

From the homepage, use the left side navigation pane to select the Reports section.

Select Filters:

  • Sites are all of the active communication methods used to reach new potential clients.  Use this filter to view each method independently, if needed.
  • Calendar Selection is used to define the timeframe being reviewed.  Use the default options on the left (all time, today, yesterday, last 7 days, last 30 days, this month, last month) or create a custom range.

Once you have selected your filters --> select to download the CSV detail report and /or the PDF summary report.
