How to Request to Add Facebook Messenger Integration
Log in to the Client Chat Live Dashboard (https://app.clientchatlive.com/).
Username is the email address associated with your account.
From the homepage, use the left side navigation pane to select the Settings page.

Within the Settings page under the Facebook Messenger Integration, click Create Ticket.

Enter your Firm or Business Name and then select Yes, submit Ticket.

Once the ticket has been created, a pop up message will appear confirming the ticket has been created.

You can also locate this ticket on your Service Tickets page within the Dashboard.

Client Chat Live customer support will reach out if additional information is needed to complete the request or when the request has been completed.
