Integrating Litify with Client Chat Live

How it works:
Client Chat Live will work with your firm to set up Litify integration. After a chat session with a visitor has completed, contact information from that chat session will be automatically passed through to your Litify system.
Litify standard contact fields can be passed through integration (e.g. First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number). It can also include the chat transcript.
What we need from you:
We work with Litify support directly to set up the integration. A representative for your business will be included on these correspondence, as they may be required to answer a few questions from Litify. We will complete the integration steps on our end and let you know once the integration has been tested and is live.
Contact your CCL representative to implement the Litify integration by:

Please note that the integration does not check for duplicate contacts. If a duplicate contact (i.e. repeat visitor or current client) starts a chat a new contact record will be created through the integration.
