Integrating Clio Grow with Client Chat Live

How it works:
Client Chat Live will work with your firm to set up the Clio Grow Lead Inbox Application Programming Interface (API). After a chat session with a visitor has completed, contact information from that chat session will be used to submit new potential clients into the Clio Grow Lead Inbox.
Clio Grow standard contact fields can be passed through integration (e.g. First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number) It will also include the chat transcript.

What we need from you:
The Inbox Token is used to connect your Clio Grow Account with Client Chat Live. You can find your token by logging into your Clio Glow account and click the Settings section in the bottom left corner. Then click the Integrations tab.

The Integration tab will pull up the Inbox Token location. Once you have the Inbox Token, let your CCL customer support representative know to finalize the integration set up on our end

Below are examples of how to contact your CCL representative to implement the Clio Grow integration:

Please note that the integration does not check for duplicate contacts. If a duplicate contact (i.e. repeat visitor or current client) starts a chat a new contact record will be created through the integration.
