What is the Calendly Integration and How Does it Work?
Operators can send your Calendly link directly through the chat to visitors to schedule a consultation.

The visitors contact information will auto-populate in the Calendly booking form, based on the information they provided.
- This information can be overridden by the visitor if they choose.
Once the visitor has booked their appointment:
- Visitor's will receive an auto-confirmation message from our operators at the completion of booking, for the visitor to confirm.
- If the client needs a different time, we can resend the link for them to reschedule during the chat conversation.
- Visitors will receive an email notification like normal from your firm, with this confirmation you can cancel or reschedule if needed.
What are the benefits to offering your visitors Text to Chat?

What we need to set up the integration:
- Event URL (https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/223193448-Sharing-your-scheduling-link#1)
- Calendly Api Access token (https://developer.calendly.com/how-to-authenticate-with-personal-access-tokens)
- Scripting criteria for sending the Calendly booking link.
- Define the logic used by our operators to determine when the booking link should be sent.
- Provide multiple booking links to be used based on different scenarios/case types (ex. In person versus remote booking links)
