Creating Goal Conversion for chat_lead in Google Analytics
- Click on Admin -> Goals
- Click on Red box “New Goal.”
- You will have three sections to fill out to define the new goal
- Goal Setup
- At the bottom, click Custom
- Goal Description
- Name: Chat Lead
- Name: Chat Lead
- Goal Details
- Category: Equals to: chat
- Action: Equals to: chat_lead
- Select Save once all information has been populated.
- Goal Setup
- You will have three sections to fill out to define the new goal
Repeat steps for any additional goal conversions you would like to create.
It is recommended to create goal conversions on chat_lead, desktop_sms_lead, mobile_sms_lead, spanish_chat_lead, and facebook_lead events.
