Export Review Request Summary Report
Log in to the Client Chat Live Dashboard (https://app.clientchatlive.com/).
Username is the email address associated with your account.
From the homepage navigate to the Reviews section listed in the top header section.

Either use the left side reading pane or in the top section and select Sent. Once in the Sent section enter the date range you wish to filter on (you can also filter on location), then click on the excel icon in the bottom right to export.
