What is the Video Welcome Feature?
How does it work?
Within the chat bubble icon the video will play on loop (muted)
Once the video bubble is clicked on, the video iFrame will open and the video will start from the beginning with sound on. At anytime during the video the visitor can enter their name and start a chat or select to text.
Once the visitor has started the chat they will be connected with one of our Live Chat Specialist immediately.
