How To Update Credit Card Information on File
Log in to the Client Chat Live Dashboard (https://app.clientchatlive.com/).
Username is the email address associated with your account.
From the homepage use the left side navigation pane to select the Billing section.
Within the Billing section select to Edit Card.
Update the required information and check the authorization box, then click Save Data.
